- Turmeric Extract / curcumin – is a common spice in curry powder and is a plant in the ginger family. It has been used in both food and dietary supplements to assist with numerous conditions. It helps to promote both anti-inflammatory response and digestive health.
- Cinnamon Bark Powder – is an extensively used spice for both food and aroma. It is obtained by grinding the inner bark of Cinnamon trees. It contains antioxidants and has been studied regarding its impact on blood sugar and digestion. It is included in this blend due to the known connection between gut health and mood.
