LifeWorks Resources exists to provide Christ-centered counseling in a professional environment embodying the unconditional love of Christ for people of all backgrounds and financial abilities. We tailor the approaches to meet individual needs and anyone can come for counseling regardless of race, color, national origin, age, disability, sex, or religion.
We work with adults, couples, teens, and kids and provide individual and family counseling. This is a great opportunity to join a growing practice.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to a diverse client population.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Participate in collaborative case review and team development.
Qualifications
- Active LPC-MHSP or LCSW license in Tennessee (no temporary or provisional licenses).
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field (required).
- Alignment with Christian values and a commitment to biblically-informed care.
- Clinical proficiency with a variety of presenting issues and age groups.
Position Overview
- Compensation: $40,000–$60,000+ annually, depending on caseload and/or selected salaried model

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

Location: Jackson, TN (In-Person Preferred; Some Telehealth Possible)

LifeWorks Resources is a Christ-centered private practice in Jackson, TN, dedicated to providing biblically grounded, clinically excellent care to individuals, couples, and families. We serve a diverse range of clients with professionalism, compassion, and a shared faith in Christ. Our practice is growing, and we are excited to expand our medical services by welcoming a second Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to our team.
Position Overview
We are seeking a part-time PMHNP to provide medication management services in collaboration with our existing clinical team. The preferred workday is flexible, and this position may expand to additional days as our needs grow. You’ll also have the benefit of collaborating with an established PMHNP who currently sees clients on Tuesdays and brings valued experience and partnership to the team.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for clients with various mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with licensed counselors to provide coordinated care across disciplines.
- Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant documentation and clinical records.
- Engage in team communication and participate in optional case consultations or development meetings.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted PMHNP license in Tennessee.
- Graduate degree in nursing with psychiatric specialization (Master’s or Doctorate).
- At least 1–2 years of clinical experience in outpatient psychiatric care preferred.
- Comfortable treating adolescents through adults across a range of presenting issues.
- Strong commitment to Christ-centered, biblically informed care.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Additional Details
- Schedule: One day per week to start (day is flexible); potential to expand
- Compensation: Flat rate per 8-hour day, regardless of attendance
- Location: In-person strongly preferred, with limited telehealth considered
- Status: Part-time, W-2 employee or independent contractor (no benefits)
