Pre-Marital Class
Are you engaged and getting married within the next year? Do you want to make an investment in getting off to a healthy start? Do you want to save money on your marriage license? Do you want to attend a Christian based course? Do you want to have fun while taking this class? LifeWorks Resources premarital class may be the right option for you.
Why do states offer a discount on a marriage license if we attend a pre-marital preparation course: Many states, including Tennessee, offer a discount for the marriage license to couples who attend a 4 hour pre-marital class. States recognize that divorce is expensive and destructive for families whether children are involved or not. In 2018 TN had nearly 24,000 divorces! Much of this could be avoided if the couple will make the investment at the beginning and learn how to be intentional about protecting their marriage. We’re glad you have chosen to look into our premarital class.
Start your marriage with more confidence and have a game plan for how to handle common situations that come up. Plus you will learn in the premarital class that preventing pitfalls and solving problems can and will strengthen your love for one another.
