Therapist (LPC-MHSP or LCSW)
Jackson, TN
Flexible Schedule
Choose session-based or salaried (32–40 hrs/wk) compensation — both designed for security and sustainability.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) to a diverse client population.
- Maintain accurate, HIPAA-compliant documentation.
- Participate in collaborative case review and team development.
Qualifications
- Active LPC-MHSP or LCSW license in Tennessee (no temporary or provisional licenses).
- Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
- Alignment with Christian values and biblically-informed care.
- Clinical proficiency with a variety of presenting issues and age groups.
Position Overview
- Compensation: $40,000–$60,000+ annually, depending on caseload and/or selected salaried model
- PTO: 40 hours paid time off + 10 paid holidays, with plans to increase
- Schedule: Flexible (option for consistent 3-day weekends)
- Location: Jackson, TN – In-person and telehealth sessions
- Support: Full administrative staff and active marketing to support a full caseload

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Jackson, TN
1 Day/Week to Start
Guaranteed pay for your full 8-hour day — regardless of cancellations or no-shows. Position may expand as our needs grow.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management.
- Collaborate with licensed counselors for coordinated, cross-discipline care.
- Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant documentation and clinical records.
- Participate in optional case consultations and team development meetings.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted PMHNP license in Tennessee.
- Master’s or Doctorate in nursing with psychiatric specialization.
- 1–2 years of outpatient psychiatric experience preferred.
- Comfortable treating adolescents through adults across various presenting issues.
- Strong commitment to Christ-centered, biblically-informed care.
Position Overview
- We are seeking a part-time PMHNP to provide medication management services in collaboration with our existing clinical team.
- The preferred workday is flexible, and this position may expand to additional days as our needs grow.
- You’ll also have the benefit of collaborating with an established PMHNP who currently sees clients on Tuesdays and brings valued experience and partnership to the team.
