As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Ashton helps children, teens, and adults facing stress, worry, sadness, sleep problems, and other challenges. Together, you’ll explore what’s going on and find a plan that fits your life and your pace.

Ashton is a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science from the University of South Alabama – Mobile. She works with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and has experience treating a variety of mental health issues such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders.
