Our practice offers telehealth services exclusively through our contracted secure audio/video platform to clients physically located in Tennessee, delivered by counselors licensed in the state. Telehealth provides remote counseling but carries risks, including technical disruptions (e.g., video lag or disconnections) or privacy limitations beyond our control. While we take reasonable steps to protect your confidentiality, you are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet location with a strong internet connection. For your safety and the professionalism of sessions, you must not participate while driving or in a public setting and must be properly clothed. By agreeing to telehealth, you accept these conditions and the unique aspects of remote counseling via our video platform.
